"We went as a family and it..."
We went as a family and it was just okay. The cars were definitely cool to see, but it got crowded really fast and trying to move around with kids was kind of stressful. There also weren’t many places to sit or take a quick break, which made it harder. My kids got bored sooner than I expected. Weirdly, I still remember one car had a tiny rubber duck sitting on the dashboard, which they were more interested in than half the exhibits...

"Super Smooth and Easy"
The whole thing was really well organized. The lines moved so fast it almost felt suspicious, and I had no trouble finding where to go. Everything was clearly laid out, which made the whole experience way easier than I expected.

"Mobile site was a bit of a hassle"
I tried looking up show info on my phone, and it was kind of frustrating. The pages took a while to load, especially when I was tapping between sections, and the menu felt a little clunky. I also had to keep zooming in just to read smaller details like times and venue info. I did find what I needed in the end, but the mobile experience could definitely be smoother.

"Way too many cars to browse"
I checked out Chicago Auto Show before going, i wasn’t expecting there to be that many vehicles on there. Trucks, EVs, SUVs, sports cars, pretty much everything. It’s easy to look around and compare different options, maybe a little too easy because it kind of feels like they know exactly how to keep you clicking around. If you like checking out cars and getting ideas, it’s a fun site to spend some time on.

"Pretty good for the price"
It was good for the price. Getting everything sorted was really easy, and the whole process felt smooth from start to finish. Definitely worth the ticket price.

"Fun show, especially the hands-on stuff"
I went to the Chicago Auto Show the interactive exhibits were my favorite part. The driving simulators, touchscreens, and little hands-on setups made it feel way more engaging than just walking around looking at cars the whole time.
It did get crowded in a few spots, and some displays had lines, but nothing that really ruined the experience. A couple minor annoyances are expected at a big show like this. Overall, I had a good time and would definitely go again.

"The discount actually made it feel worth it"
I grabbed a promo deal on the tickets, which made the whole thing a lot easier to justify. Shocking, I know, saving money is apparently enjoyable. The site was simple enough to use, checkout didn’t drag on forever, and everything went smoothly. Overall, I’m happy with it.

"Helpful for checking out the new models"
I used chicagoautoshow.com before going, i think it helped a lot. I was trying to figure out which new models I actually wanted to see, though I kept second-guessing myself a bit. The site had the info I needed, and it was easy to find things without getting too lost. Overall, really good site.

"Pretty good food setup"
I went and was kind of surprised by the food options. There were enough choices for a quick snack, lunch, or just grabbing a drink, and the lines moved better than I expected. Prices were about what you’d figure for something like this, so not cheap, but not terrible either. It was nice not having to leave the place just to find something to eat

"Really liked all the test drive options"
I mostly went because I wanted to do some test drives, it ended up being totally worth it. It was easy to figure out where to check in, where the cars were, where to wait, all of that stuff. The staff was helpful without hovering, which I appreciated. Like, they answered questions, pointed me in the right direction, explained the basics, but didn’t do that annoying hard-sell thing. I got to try a couple cars I’d been curious about, compare how they felt, see the interiors, mess with the screens, check the seats, the visibility, the trunk space, all the little things you don’t really know from just looking online. Overall it was a fun day and a really easy way to get a better feel for different cars.

"Schedule was mostly right"
I mostly used chicagoautoshow.com to check the schedule before we went, because I don’t really trust all the polished “everything is running perfectly” type wording companies put out. I just wanted the actual times and what was happening when.

For the most part, the schedule was accurate and it helped us plan the day without wandering around too much. One smaller thing we wanted to catch seemed to start a little later than what was listed, but that could’ve been a venue change or something last minute.

Overall, the site did what I needed it to do. It wasn’t flawless, but it was reliable enough for planning the trip.

"Fair Prices for Tickets"
I found the tickets to be affordable, which was a nice surprise. If you’re keeping an eye on your budget, I’d definitely suggest checking these out before paying more somewhere else.

"Handled the crowds way better than I expected"
I went on a really busy day and kind of thought it was going to be a total mess, but it really wasn’t. The lines kept moving, the staff seemed to have things under control, and it never had that awful packed-in feeling. I don’t know, it just made the whole experience feel so much better than I was expecting...

"Really Solid Lineup This Year"
I mostly went just to check out the exhibitor list, it ended up being good. A lot of the major car brands were there, along with a nice mix of trucks, EVs, and a few cool new models I hadn’t seen yet. It didn’t feel like there were a bunch of empty spaces or dull sections either. Super easy to just wander around for a few hours and not get bored. I’d Definitely go again next year.

"I went to Chicago Auto Show and was..."
I went to Chicago Auto Show and was glad there were plenty of restrooms around. With all the walking and big crowds, it was nice not having to wander forever just to find one.

A few of lines got kind of long near the busier spots, but they moved faster than I expected. They could have used little more cleaning during peak hours, but overall it was a good setup.

"Staff were really helpful"
I checked out chicagoautoshow.com before we headed to the show because I had a couple random questions about tickets and parking, the kind of stuff I always forget to figure out until the last minute. I reached out and, they got back to me faster than I expected and explained everything in a way that actually made sense, which was nice because I was already trying to plan the day in my head.

Once we got there, the staff at the event were just as helpful. We definitely looked a little lost a few times, wandering around and trying to decide where to go next, and people were super friendly about pointing us in the right direction. It made the whole thing feel way easier and less stressful than I thought it might be. Easy 5 stars from me.

"Really happy with how clean it was"
I was satisfied overall. Even though the place got really busy, it still felt clean and taken care of. The bathrooms were decent too, which I always appreciate. There were just a few messy spots near the food area, but nothing that ruined the experience

"Super easy wheelchair visit"
I had a really smooth visit with my wheelchair. The staff helped me out right away without making a big fuss or making it feel awkward, which I really appreciated. A friend had recommended this place to me, and I’m glad I listened.

"Surprisingly Easy to Buy Tickets"
I got my tickets quickly, which was nice for once. The site was easy enough to use, and the payment actually went through without turning into a whole situation. Overall, smooth, not exactly rocket science, but apparently that’s worth appreciating these days.
